How people use Natively in their meetings
Natively listens to calls on your own computer, with no bot in the meeting, and turns them into live answers, notes, follow-ups and a searchable history. How much of that you need depends on the meetings you have; these pages show the workflow role by role and meeting by meeting, including what is free, what needs Pro and what it does not do.

Pick a setup that matches how sensitive your meetings are
- Simplest: sign in to the hosted Natively API. Audio and prompts go through it to its speech and AI providers.
- Your own providers: add API keys for the speech and AI providers your company already approves. Audio and prompts go straight to them.
- On your computer: an on-device speech model plus a local model in Ollama keeps transcription, answers, notes and search on the machine. Private meetings with local AI explains the setup and what still goes online.
Questions people ask
Does Natively work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet?
Yes. Natively records your computer's system audio and your microphone, so it works with any call app, including Zoom, Teams, Meet in a browser and Webex, without a bot joining the meeting. It does not connect to those platforms through their APIs.
Which features are free and which need Pro?
Transcription with your own key or a local model, live answers, notes in the General mode, follow-up drafts, meeting history, search and connectors are free. The specialized modes, note templates and resume and job description context need Pro, and there is a one-time 30-minute free trial.
Can Natively run without sending meeting audio to the cloud?
Yes, with an on-device speech model and a local model in Ollama, transcription, answers, notes and search run on your computer. Usage statistics (which you can turn off), analytics events from the app window, license checks and update checks still go online when you are connected.
Where to go next
Natively captures the call audio on your own computer, so no bot joins the meeting. Notes, recaps and answers come from the transcript.
