It is made by Natively AI Private Limited, founded by Evin John, and the source code is public on GitHub.
Logo and app icon
The mark is a ring with an N through it. Use the black version on light backgrounds and the white version on dark ones, as supplied.

- The overlay does not appear in screen shares and recordings on the apps listed at supported apps; that page says where it does.

- On the user's machine. Transcription and answers can run fully on-device with Ollama, on the user's own API keys, or on a managed Natively plan.

- Natively, with a capital N. In running text it is Natively, not Natively AI; Natively AI Private Limited is the company behind it.
- Logo
- Use the mark, wordmark or lockup as supplied, in black or white on a plain background, without recolouring, stretching, rotating or adding effects.
- The licence
- Say source-available and free for personal use. It is not open source.
- The overlay
- Say it does not appear in screen shares and recordings on the apps listed; the supported apps page is the reference.
